Luckily I met Patrick, who simplified the entire process of working with insurance companies and not only guided me as a mentor but challenged me to research independently to find the best outcome for my clinic. Ever since taking his advice, I have not had to worry about my income and have been more successful than I could have ever imagined. Patrick is truly a selfless leader and friend who cares about the profession and well-being of everyone around him regardless of whether it is patients, mentees, or fellow colleagues. I am beyond grateful to Patrick for teaching me that it's ok to deal with insurance companies and that if you do your research, follow his guidelines, and work hard, you are rewarded in the end. Found Patrick (he’s pretty much the only PT in the south end before going all way to Renton/Kent) and shot off a treatment request. Quick response and easy communication via text, and reasonable wait time for first treatment (one week). Since COVID19 dropped, he’s adapted his business and created a great workspace out of his garage in the Lakeridge neighborhood. Easy front door parking, very clean and well sanitized. I’ve now been seeing him for 9 months now (started weekly, now spaced out to monthly) and clearly I’ve been satisfied with the results! I was having severely limited ROM and intermittent shots of pain coming from the shoulder (basically whenever I bumped my arm or tried to reach too far). Treatments consist of therapeutic/localized massage, stretching and various ROM/ weight-bearing exercises, plus homework exercises and stretches. I’m probably 90% back to normal, but I might never stop seeing Patrick cause he’s always open to treating any issues that might arise- here’s hoping my golf game sees improvement too!
